We may limit, suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you put into ArtiDock, such as your messages and files, and what ArtiDock makes for you, such as answers, artifacts and files, as far as the law allows.

You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run ArtiDock for you, including sending it to the AI services that answer you. We never use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to anything you upload or share.

When you share a board by link, anyone with the link can view it. When you publish experts, skills or boards for others to use, you let other ArtiDock users view and use them within ArtiDock. You are responsible for what you share, and you can stop sharing at any time.

AI output

ArtiDock uses AI, and AI can be wrong. Answers and artifacts may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it, and do not use ArtiDock as a substitute for professional advice, such as medical, legal or financial advice.

Our service

We work to keep ArtiDock running well, but we may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. ArtiDock, its name, logo and software belong to us, and these terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using ArtiDock at any time and delete your data from Storage, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law. The sections on content, AI output, disclaimers and liability continue after your use ends.

As far as the law allows, ArtiDock is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using ArtiDock after a change, you accept the new terms.
