This policy explains what information ArtiDock collects when you use our website and app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ArtiDock, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and password when you sign up. We store your password only in a protected, hashed form.
- What you put in. Your messages, the files you upload, and the boards, notes and settings you create.
- What ArtiDock makes for you. Answers, artifacts, files and the memory your agent keeps so it can work the way you like.
- Your own API keys. If you add a key for your own AI provider, we keep it so ArtiDock can make requests to that provider for you.
- Usage and billing. How much you use, such as tokens counted against your daily allowance or top-up balance, and a record of your top-ups. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data. Information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, kept in server logs to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run ArtiDock: answer your messages, build and show your artifacts, and keep your boards and memory.
- To manage your account, your usage allowance and your top-ups.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account or important changes. If you sign up for our newsletter, we send it too, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
AI services
To answer you, your messages and the files you share in a conversation are sent to the AI services ArtiDock works with. They process this content to produce a response.
If you add your own API key, your requests go straight to your provider, under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your data is never used to train AI models. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not allow the AI services we work with to train on it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share it only:
- With the AI services described above, to answer you.
- With service providers that help us run ArtiDock, such as hosting, email and payments, only as needed for their work.
- With the people you choose. When you share a board by link, anyone with that link can view it without signing in. Turn off the link to stop sharing.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public, or ArtiDock.
Your control and deletion
Your memory, uploaded files, the files ArtiDock creates for you, and your boards are all kept in Storage. From there you can view, manage and permanently delete any of them, at any time. Deleted items are removed for good and cannot be recovered.
You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data or to delete your account, by writing to us at the address below.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We protect your information with safeguards such as encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Children
ArtiDock is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ArtiDock changes. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
